Subdivision plats are reviewed at Board Meetings which are held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month. You may refer to our "AGENDAS" tab for meetings schedule.
The following should be submitted one week prior to the meeting via email to firstname.lastname@example.org:
* Preliminary Plat
* Final Plat
* Drainage Report
* Digital file
* Review fee - $200.00 (must be paid in person) Plat submittal will not be considered complete and plat will not be reviewed until review fee is paid.
* Owner's Signature must be on the original/mylar.
